Text Messaging Terms of Service

By subscribing to the premium “Daily Clarity Coach” service, you agree to receive daily SMS (text message) communications from Dailyclarity.org at the phone number you provide during checkout or account setup.

Message Frequency

You will receive one (1) message per day, customized to the coaching focus you selected at sign-up, as well as 3 live interactions per day (Any additional interaction is at the discretion of the person assigned to assist you. Occasionally, we may send additional service-related messages, such as updates to your subscription or changes to these terms.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Dailyclarity.org is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving our text messages.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. However, opting out of texts will discontinue your premium coaching service, as the service is delivered via SMS.

Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and personal data will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For more details, see our [Privacy Policy].

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a country where SMS delivery is supported by our platform. By subscribing, you confirm you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and have the authority to enroll in this service.

Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS service at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Daily Clarity provides daily mindfulness prompts, guided reflections, and self-development content delivered via email and member access.
These Terms apply to all users, including those accessing free or paid plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Daily Clarity.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer:

Free Plan: 1 daily email prompt (limited features).
Premium Plan: $4.99/month (includes guided meditations, advanced tracking, and additional features).

Your subscription begins immediately upon checkout and renews automatically each billing period unless canceled.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Wix’s payment platform or approved third-party processors.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Daily Clarity to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is completed.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at support@dailyclarity.org.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services, but we may consider refunds in exceptional cases at our discretion.

6. Use of Content

All content provided by Daily Clarity — including prompts, meditations, and written materials — is for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute our content without written permission.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content as we refine the member experience.

7. Member Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services.
Post or share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
Infringe on the rights or privacy of others.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website — including text, images, design, and content — are the property of Daily Clarity or our licensors.
Unauthorized use may violate copyright or trademark laws.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Suspend or terminate any subscriber’s access
Limit or discontinue service at any time
Modify or discontinue the program without prior notice

Harassment, abusive messages, inappropriate content, or misuse of the platform may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

User Responsibility
