Frequently Asked Questions
What is Daily Clarity?
Daily Clarity is a text-based coaching service that sends you a short morning prompt to help you reset, refocus, and take one small step forward. When you text back, you can get up to 3 thoughtful, personalized replies per day from a real human coach.
How does it work day-to-day?
-
Morning: You receive one Daily Clarity text with a quick reflection or action step.
-
You reply: Share what you’re feeling, what you’re working on, or what you’re stuck on.
-
Coaching replies: You can receive up to 3 personalized responses each day with encouragement, reframes, and simple next steps.
What kinds of goals can I use Daily Clarity for?
You can use Daily Clarity for things like:
-
Staying sober or maintaining healthy habits
-
Managing anxiety, stress, or overwhelm
-
Staying on track with personal or work goals
-
Building self-trust, self-compassion, and better routines
If you’re unsure, you can tell us what you’re working on in your first messages and we’ll tailor our replies.
What time of day will I get messages?
Your main Daily Clarity text goes out in the morning, so you can start your day with a clear intention.
Coaching replies are available during daytime hours (for example, roughly 9am–7pm Eastern), so you’re supported when you’re most active and focused—no middle-of-the-night pings.
Who is actually texting me? Is it AI or a person?
You’re texting with a real human coach, not a bot. Messages may use templates for consistency, but your replies are read and responded to by a person who’s there to support you.
How many times can I text you each day?
You can text as much as you’d like, but you’ll receive up to 3 thoughtful coaching replies per day. This keeps the coaching focused and sustainable while still giving you real support.
What if I don’t reply to a text?
No problem. You’ll still get your daily prompt. When you’re ready, just text back again and we’ll pick up from where you are that day—no guilt, no lectures.
Can I use Daily Clarity if I’m in crisis?
Daily Clarity is not a crisis or emergency service. If you’re in immediate danger or having thoughts of self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area right away. After you’re safe, you can use Daily Clarity as a gentle daily support, but it’s not a replacement for professional medical or mental health care.
