Welcome to Daily Clarity! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.dailyclarity.org), email subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using or subscribing to Daily Clarity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Overview

Daily Clarity provides daily mindfulness prompts, guided reflections, and self-development content delivered via email and member access.
These Terms apply to all users, including those accessing free or paid plans.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Daily Clarity.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.


3. Subscription Plans

We offer:

  • Free Plan: 1 daily email prompt (limited features).

  • Premium Plan: $8/month (Guided meditations, advanced tracking, and additional features coming soon).

Your subscription begins immediately upon checkout and renews automatically each billing period unless canceled.


4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Wix’s payment platform or approved third-party processors.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Daily Clarity to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is completed.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at support@dailyclarity.org.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services, but we may consider refunds in exceptional cases at our discretion.


6. Use of Content

All content provided by Daily Clarity — including prompts, meditations, and written materials — is for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute our content without written permission.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content as we refine the member experience.


7. Member Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services.

  • Post or share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

  • Infringe on the rights or privacy of others.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.


8. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website — including text, images, design, and content — are the property of Daily Clarity or our licensors.
Unauthorized use may violate copyright or trademark laws.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our content and services are designed for personal growth and mindfulness and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

We make no guarantees that our Services will meet your specific expectations or achieve particular outcomes.
Use of Daily Clarity is at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Clarity and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
